8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK, ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-6258-B: DESCRIBED AS THE WEST 295 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST
13 QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST
14 QUARTER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 14 WEST,
15 PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS: FROM 0-1, QUIET OFFICE
16 DISTRICT, TO C-3, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (17815
17 CANTRELL ROAD).
18 Section 2. That the zoning of the above described property is subject to the following condition
19 which was proposed by the applicant for the property described in Section 1 of this ordinance and
20 which shall be covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the property: The
21 west fifty (50) feet of the property shall be maintained as an undisturbed buffer, with enhanced
22 landscape plantings, at the time of property development.
23 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
24 Little Rock and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
25 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
26 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
27 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
28 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
29 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
30 was not originally a part of the ordinance.
31 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
32 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
33 inconsistency.
