Part of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 14 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Arkansas Systems
Office Park (Plat E, Page 886), said corner lying on the East right of way line of Chenal Parkway;
thence Northwesterly along said East right of way line, following the are of a 2944.79 foot radius
curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of N25°08'06"W, 189.90 feet; thence
following the arc of a 500.00 foot radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of
N82056'45"E5 256.04 feet; thence following the are of 316.48 foot radius curve to the left, having a
chord bearing and distance of S19°33'48"W, 24.60 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 2;
thence S42°31'00"W along said West line, a distance of 244.46 feet to the point of beginning.
