2021.

revised and remailed all Public Hearing Notices for the Arkansas Systems Submittal S-1073-M. The
property ownership list, revised notice and certified mail receipts were delivered to your attention by
Eagle Courier on 4/30/21 by noon.

The Hearing Notice for S-1073-M had an incorrect hearing date of March 11, 2021 instead of May 13,
2021. The correct notice was to forwarded to the property owners nlt May 29, 2021. Please submit the
corrected hearing notice and certified mail receipts.
