Our client, Mr. Reynolds, recently engaged our firm to help apply for a conditional use permit. The property is located at 2200
S. Harrison Street. The property currently has no use, it is proposed that the property will become a two-family residence
which will include one principal residence and one accessory structure of the same size. There is no bill of assurance tied to
the properties.
If there are any questions or additional clarifications needed for the rezoning please contact our office anytime.
As an addendum to this application we are requesting a variance to allow the accessory structure to be the same size as the
principal structure.
