Harrison 1. Label principal dwelling (east structure) and Accessory dwelling (west structure). 2. Need variance for street side setback for Accessory structure (minimum 15 feet required). 3. The property must be maintained as one (1) lot and not split. 4. Need variance to allow Accessory structure to be same size as principal structure, or reduce the size of the accessory structure. 5. Building height must not exceed thirty-five (35) feet. Note: Provide responses, additional information, and a revised site plan/survey (if applicable) by March 10, 2021. If Staff receives additional comments from other reviewing agencies, we will forward the information to you.
