1. Please see revised survey. I have complied with your request to set the dwelling
back twenty-eight and twenty-six feet from east property line.
Only a twenty-five (25) foot rear yard setback is required from the rear (east)
property line. However twenty-eight feet (28) and twenty-six (26) feet complies,
although not requested.
2. Please see access drive on revised survey, 10 feet wide.
Ten (10) foot access drive not shown on revised survey.
3. Please see parking pad on revised survey, 20 feet long by ten feet wide.
Twenty (20) foot parking pad not shown on revised survey.
4. Accessory dwelling will be used for family.
Adequate response provided.
5. Accessory dwelling will not have separate utility meters.

6. Please see revised survey for front porch, eight feet by eight feet. Back steps will
be extended from back door 2 feet.
