Need a variance request for reduced year yard setback for accessory dwelling (manufactured home), or revise site plan to provide twenty-five (25) foot setback (from east property line). 2. Show access drive to accessory dwelling. 3. Show parking pad for at least one (1) vehicle for accessory dwelling. 4. Will the accessory structure be rented or only used for family members? 5. Will the accessory structure have separate utility meters? 6. Show any porches, decks, steps, etc. for accessory structure on the site plan. Any porch, deck, steps, etc. on the rear of the structure must be at least twenty-five (25) feet from the rear (east) property line, or included in variance request. Note: Provide responses, additional information, and a revised site plan/survey (if applicable) by March 10, 2021. If Staff receives additional comments from other reviewing agencies, we will forward the information to you.
