1. Provide a more detailed description of use. Will tires and wheels be installed within the existing
building?
2. Will there be any outdoor display of all -terrain vehicles (ATVs) or merchandise?
3. Provide hours of operation.
4. Will there be access from Christen Drive?
5. Will the area north of the building be used (parking, etc.)?
6. Show how vehicles will park and the number of parking spaces between the building and Baseline
Road.
7. Provide signage details (location, type and size of signs).
8. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on the site plan with required screening.
9. Will there be any new site lighting? If so, provide details.
Note: Provide responses, additional information, and a revised site plan/survey (if applicable) by March
10, 2021. If Staff receives additional comments from other reviewing agencies, we will forward the
information to you.
