1. Show the following on a revised plat drawing:
a) Average size of the lots.
b) Minimum lot size.
c) Show two -foot contour lines.
2. Will all lots be final platted at the same time?
3. Provide Certificate of Preliminary Plat Approval for the City of Little Rock.
Note: Provide responses, additional information, and a revised site plan/survey (if applicable) by March
10, 2021. If Staff receives additional comments from other reviewing agencies, we will forward the
information to you.
