Please provide the following.
1. Show the following on a revised plat drawing:
a) Average lot size – should be indicated in the notes section of the plat where utilities, building
setback lines and flood statement is.
b) Minimum lot size –should be indicated in the notes section of the plat where utilities, building
setback lines and flood statement is.
c) Show two-foot contour lines – contour lines shown on revised plat indicate four-foot contour
lines.
…and on more certificate of approval should be added (see number 2).
2. The property is located within the County. Provide Certificate of Plat Approval for Pulaski County.
If you prefer your surveyor call me, please feel free to do so. I’ll be glad to discuss the revisions
requested from Planning staff with them.
