Title: Chenal Valley, Tract 9 – Preliminary Plat
1. Provide the following information on a revised preliminary plat drawing:
a) Name of street
b) Names of all recorded subdivisions abutting the plat area
c) Names of owners of all un-platted tracts abutting the plat area
d) Names of owners of abutting platted tracts in excess of two 2.5 acres
e) Metes and bounds legal description to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an acre
f) Zoning of all abutting property
g) “Certificate of Preliminary Surveying Accuracy”
2. Will the plat be final platted at one (1) time or in phases? If in phases, provide phasing plan.
3. Show proposed private street within a tract or as an easement.
4. Provide access easement on adjacent property for secondary/emergency access.
Note: Response to comments, revised site plans/surveys, if applicable, are due no later than February
10, 2021.
