Attached is the revised preliminary plat for this project.
1. We have shown the street name, recorded subdivisions abutting, owners of abutting tracts,
legal description, zoning and certification.
2. We will plat the project in two phases, the first 30 lots from the entrance and then the balance.
3. The portion of the street which is private will be in an access easement similar to Hallen Court.
4. We have shown easements for the secondary access to existing access easements.
We have noted the variances on the plat
The Floodway area will be in a tract and maintained by the Chenal Valley POA
That portion of the street beyond the mail kiosk will be private.
We have shown the mail kiosk, we have shown the drainage planed. Tracts shown will provide for
drainage over flow.
We will comply with the Public Works and Fire Department comments.
