PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
1. Please show the following on the Preliminary Plat Document:
a. Minimum lot size
b. Curve Data
c. Location and physical description of all monuments
2. Provide a draft of a Bill of Assurance for the subject property.
3. Request a variance for the 20 feet front setbacks.
4. Will Divide Parkway and/or West Divide Parkway be dedicated with this plat?
