Markham Dear Ms. Slade, We are formally requesting a variance from the Master Street Plan to not dedicate right-of- way 30 feet from the centerline of Shadow Lake Drive. This is the last lot along Shadow Lake Drive to develop. One hundred and twenty feet of the ROW frontage from the Markham Street intersection lies 30 feet from the centerline of Shadow Lake to allow for a turn lane on Markham Street. Given that all other tracts are developed and unlikely to redevelop, we believe it is unlikely that a widening of the full ROW through all existing developments will need to occur in the next 10 to 20 years.
