Markham Dear Ms. Slade, We are formally requesting a requesting a variance from CLR Code, Sec. 31-210 to allow a driveway to exceed 26 feet in width on a minor commercial street. We are asking to allow the divided entrance and exit as shown on the Site Plan. This divide allows for quick grade transition to mitigate site grading.
