Markham St. Little Rock, AR 72201 RE: 10,115 Rodney Parham Road Short Form PCD Mr. Moore, Attached are four copies of the drawings, application, affidavit and filing fee for the above referenced project. This project contains approximately 2.62 acres and is located at the above address. The parcel is currently zoned 0-3 and contains an old home site. The current ownership has the property under contract to a real estate developer. The contract has a condition that requires the property be rezoned to specific C3 & C4 uses. After visiting with the Planning Director, it was decided to make an application for a Short Form PCD that included a 100' buffer/open space along the south property line and include a list of the specific uses that would be allowed (see attached). Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
