Maximum Building Height Max Building Height will be 30 feet. b. Parking must comply with minimum ordinance standards. c. Will comply and note on plan. d. Site must comply with minimum buffer and landscape requirements. We will comply and note this on the plan. e. Site lighting must be low-level lighting directed away from adjacent parcels. We will comply and note this on the plan. f. Any dumpster area must be oriented away from the street and screened per ordinance requirements. We will comply and note this on the plan g. Signage must comply with commercial standards. We will comply and note this on the plan. 2. Why does survey show property as two (2) parcels? The city records show one (1) parcel. At one time the tract was two parcels with separate deeds. 3. The 100-foot open space buffer including floodway should be zone OS (Open Space). Will note on plan
