PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
1. Provide the following information on a Revised Site Plan:
a. Maximum Building Height
b. Parking must comply with minimum ordinance standards.
c. Site must comply with minimum buffer and landscape requirements.
d. Site lighting must be low-level lighting directed away from adjacent parcels.
e. Any dumpster area must be oriented away from the street and screened per
ordinance requirements.
f. Signage must comply with commercial standards.
2. Why does survey show property as two (2) parcels? The city records show one (1)
parcel.
3. The 100-foot open space buffer including floodway should be zone OS (Open
Space).
