Dear Planning and Development Board Members:
I own the property at 1224 South Pulaski Street, Little Rock, 72202, located on a corner lot at
the intersection of 13th and Pulaski Street.
On December 7, 2020, 1 made contact with the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk's office and after
they performed a search of the property they indicated there was no Bill of Assurance
associated with my property.
