PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
1. Provide hours and days of operation.
2. Will there be any caregivers who will not live at this location?
3. The two-car driveway on the East side of the residence must be used for drop-off
and pick-up of children. Drop-off and pick-up of children cannot occur in the public
right-of-way. Vehicles belonging to the resident(s)/caregiver(s) must be parked on
the street during the daycare’s hours of operation.
4. The Fire Marshall must approve the use of the residence for the proposed day care
family home. Contact Captain John Hogue at (501) 918-3754 or (501) 831-5440
for an inspection of the site.
