Please email responses to lmorris@littlerock.gov. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT 1. Provide operating hours when the facility is open to the public. Bark Avenue will be open to the public during operating hours of 6:00 am- 7:00 pm. 2. It was noted that there will be 24-hour supervision. What type of after-hours supervision will be there? Outside of normal business hours, we will have at least 1+ employee on site to supervise kennels, check on dogs, and attend to any noise occurrence or administrative needs. 3. Note the type and height of proposed fence for the site. Proposed fence will be a privacy fence that is 6 ft minimum and will be higher if required. 4. How will the vacant area within the West portion of the property be maintained? Vacant area within the West portion of the property will be maintained by Modern Lawns Landscaping on a weekly basis. 5. Provide details for site lighting. We will utilize the 2 existing night lights on the property provided by the electric company. We will install adequate lighting as recommended by the electrical contractor, but nothing that will be intrusive to neighboring businesses or residents. 6. Provide signage plan. Bark Avenue will have rooftop type lettering mounted on the street-facing façade. 7. Will there be a dumpster located on the site? Yes, there will be a dumpster on site. a. Describe trash collection- Trash collection will be set up in order to meet compliance with the city regulations. b. Describe how animal waste will be disposed of. Pet waste will be collected daily, continuously, and in conformance with the City of Little Rock Storm Water Quality Standard requirements.
