TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I am under contract to purchase the above referenced property located in the
Capitol Hill Extension Addition in the City of little Rock. I am requesting that the
preliminary plat dividing the current lot(s) into five lots be approved. Attached are
the following:
• Information sheet for Replat subdivision
• Variance/Waiver request form
• 18 copies of the preliminary plat
• Affidavit of owner
• Proposed Bill of Assurance
• Printout of vicinity maps
• Water supply and wastewater disposal printout
• Printout of flood hazard map
A filing fee is likewise being paid. I will submit the warranty deed upon closing on
the property. Notices will be sent once the application is accepted and upon
receipt of your notice of this being placed on the Planning Commissions agenda.
Please advise if any further information is needed in order to consider our
request.
