1. Show building footprint for each lot on site plan.
2. Provide information on building design (exterior materials, roof pitch etc.).
3. Provide information on building heights.
4. Will residences have garages or carports?
5. Show driveway locations on the site plan.
6. Minimum depth for a parking pad is 20 feet. Entire driveway depth must be on the property and
not utilize any right-of-way.
7. Staff will require that there be no accessory structures on any of the lots.
