Last week, I was expecting to receive the information from your office. However, we did not receive it. Currently, there are essential requirements missing from the application. In order for our office to review, we will need the following information no later than Monday, November 16th: 1. A survey of the property dated no later than five (5) years prior to the date of submittal of the application. 2. A site plan outlining details of all physical improvements existing or proposed. 3. A cover letter indicating a statement as to the intent of the use and should include such information as is necessary to inform the Commission of the issue.
