Due to the repeated requests for survey and site plan, this application has been deferred for the second
time.
Last week, I was expecting to receive the information from your office. However, we did not receive it.
To be considered for the March 2021 agenda, all items must be submitted to our office by January 19,
2021.
These items include: a cover letter, survey, and site plan

Subject: Conditional Use Permit Application
Good Morning, Mr. Stephens:
This email is in correspondence for the CUP Application filed for 8420 Scott Hamilton Drive. Currently,
there are essential requirements missing from the application. In order for our office to review, we will
need the following information no later than Monday, November 16th:
1. A survey of the property dated no later than five (5) years prior to the date of submittal of the
application.
2. A site plan outlining details of all physical improvements existing or proposed.
3. A cover letter indicating a statement as to the intent of the use and should include such
information as is necessary to inform the Commission of the issue.
If these documents are not received by the deadline, the application will be deferred until the February
11, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting.
