Last week, I called and left a voice mail, but have not received follow-up on this matter. To be considered for the March 2021 agenda, all items must be submitted to our office by January 19, 2021. Currently, there are essential requirements missing from the application. In order for our office to review, we will need the following information no later than Monday, November 16th: 1. A site plan outlining details of all physical improvements existing or proposed. Please included details regarding allocation for parking for auto sales and liquor store traffic, designated office space for auto sales. Please include square footage. If a separate building will be used on the property, please provide on the site plan. 2. A cover letter indicating a statement as to the intent of the use and should include such information as is necessary to inform the Commission of the issue. If these documents are not received by the deadline, the application will be deferred until the February 11, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting. Best Regards, LaSonya M.
