Please be advised that your application(s) for the September 24, 2020 Planning Commission Agenda at 4:00 p.m. You will be
required to re-notify all owners of property located within 200 feet of your property, as per the list you received from an
abstract company. This notice will need to be sent certified mail and postmarked no later than September 15, 2020. A blank
notice form is attached for your use. After mailing, you will need to submit to me the certified receipts and a copy of the notice

Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing form for the September 24, 2020 Planning Commission Agenda. The hearing
for said application will be held in the William Grant Still Ballroom of the Robinson Center, 426 West Markham, Little Rock,
AR.
Please follow instructions to notify all owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of property line. In addition, please
post sign on the property ten days prior to the Public Hearing.
Staff will be contacting you on August 19, 2020 or August 20, 2020 if any issues concerning your proposal arise. During this time
Staff will be providing comments from any other reviewing agencies.
