Markham Street Little Rock, AR 72201 Subject: Development Project at 7620 N Chicot Road, LR, AR 72209 I would like to request the Planning and Development Commission of Little Rock for us to develop the property located at 7520 N Chicot Road, LR, AR. Currently at the site there is only one two -bedroom single family house which needs total renovation. The land surrounding the house is almost 0.76 acres which can easily be developed into several Duplexes. The land is conveniently located close to Freeway 1-30 and close to restaurant and shopping area. On the other side of the street there is an apartment complex. There is a need for more affordable housing in Southwest Little Rock and we believe we can develop duplexes on this property which will be new, easily accessible to highway and other amenities and affordable to the Southwest community. Phase 1: In this phase we plan to develop the underground infrastructure such as foundation, waterline, sewer line and will build one building (two units) on the south side of the property. This phase may take about 3-4 months depending on the contractor availability. Phase 2: In this phase we plan to build two buildings (4 units) in the middle of the property and this phase will take another 3-4 months and depends on contractor availability. Phase 3: In this phase we will built one building (two units) on North side of the property and this may take 3-4 months depending on the contractor availability.
