1. Provide additional details on the site plan; building dimensions, building setback dimensions,
parking/driveway dimensions, etc.
2. Move the proposed driveway completely out of the street right-of-way and provide required
landscape/buffer width between driveway and the east property line.
3. Shift the proposed building to the west with the movement of the driveway.
4. Provide details regarding on -site signage.
5. Provide details regarding on -site lighting.
6. The dumpster area must be oriented away from the street.
7. Submit additional information and revised site plan to staff no later than Tuesday, August 25,
