Our clients, Mr. & Mrs. Hill, recently engaged our firm to help rezone their property from C-3 and R-4 to PCD. The property is
located at 8900 Colonel Glenn Road. The property currently has no use, it is proposed that the property will become a pre-
owned automotive sales lot with a sales office, a small shop building for repairs and car cleaning for the dealership vehicles,
and parking spaces for 30 cars to be sold at any given time. The business will have a maximum of 7 employees each day and
will operate from 10am-6pm Monday through Saturday and be closed to the public on Sunday. There is no bill of assurance
tied to the properties
