Our office will provide the correct Notice of Public Hearing. The location and attendance options have
changed. We will email the document for processing. In the meantime, the Abstract companies in the
city have a high workload. To jumpstart the process, it would be an advantage to request the abstract
list for all property owners within 200 feet of the subject properties. From there, you will be prepared
to notify the property owners and meet the required deadlines.

On the notice of public hearing it says that the hearing will take place in the Board of Directors Chamber,
Second Floor, City Hall. Is this information still correct or has there been a change of location due to
COVID-19?
