RE: Splash Carwash and Oil PZD Application
Planning Commission and Staff,
Thank you for the opportunity to submit our PZD application for the former Altitude
Trampoline Park parcel. Our team is excited to redevelop this property into Little Rock
premier carwash and oil change complex. This model is a great example of an adaptive
reuse that will revitalize the empty building and add revenue to the city.
The overall plan is to convert the former trampoline park into an indoor carwash facility and
carve out an oil/lube center at the hard corner of Kanis and Wellington Hills Parkway. The
owner/operator Splash Carwash has a long track record of owning and operating first class
carwash and oil centers across central Arkansas. The owners are excited to add another
location in the west Little Rock submarket.
A few highlights regarding the proposed plan include
- Two tunnel wash systems inside the building
Two detail areas inside the building
Indoor vacuum areas for premium members
Convenient outdoor vacuums
Multiple stacking lanes and kiosks to serve customers and control traffic flow
Three bay oil/lube facility
- Modern/Clean Architectural Styling
The new carwash and oil center will create 40 new jobs for Little Rock. The facility will be
open from 8:OOAM — 9:OOPM Monday thru Sunday. During all hours of operation, there will
be staff at the facility.
