Altitude Splash Priority Overnight Notice Letters Meeting Date 9/24/2020
To: Moore, Monte <MMoore@littlerock.gov>; Thrower, Torrence <tthrower@littlerock.gov>
Monte,
Please see attached receipts from our revised notice. We overnighted the corrected notice and an explanation letter (see
attached) to all neighbors. We wanted to make sure they received the clarification as soon as possible.
Due to contract language, costs and timing implications, we’d petition to still be included on next Thursday’s agenda. Please let
me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks much,
Bradford

Mr. Gaines,
Yes, the PCD will go to the Board of Directors for ordinance adoption. The turnaround time is typically 5-6 weeks following the
Planning Commission Hearing.

Torrence,
After planning commission, does our PCD have to go to the board for final approval? If so, what date would that be.
Thanks for your help,
Bradford
