1. Correct north arrow on site plan.
2. Provide signage details. The property is located within the Chenal Design Overlay District.
Ground -mounted signs must be monument type, with a maximum height of eight (8) feet and a
maximum area of one -hundred (100) square feet. One (1) ground -mounted sign is allowed per
street frontage.
3. Provide current survey of the property. Survey should show right-of-way widths for all abutting
streets.
4. Provide cross -access information between this property and the property to the west.
5. Provide information regarding on -site trash collection.
6. Provide information regarding on -site lighting.
7. Submit revised site plan, new survey and additional information to staff no later than Tuesday,
