1. The property is located within the Central City Design Overlay District. Provide building height,
roof pitch and exterior building material. See Section 36-370 of the City's Zoning Ordinance for
more details.
2. A minimum of eighteen (18) on -site parking spaces is typically required for twelve (12) duplex
units. Twelve (12) parking spaces are shown on the site plan. Staff has concerns regarding the
proposed parking situation.
3. Is there an access easement between this property and property to the west? Will access to the
property to the west be through this property? Provide details.
4. Provide details regarding on -site trash collection.
5. Provide details regarding on -site lighting.
6. The driveway must beat least twenty (20) feet wide.
7. Provide number of one (1) bedroom units and two (2) bedroom units.
8. Describe what is proposed between the duplex buildings. Dashed lines on site plan? Label on
site plan.
9. Staff views the proposed plan as an overbuilding of the site. Staff believes one (1) duplex
building needs to be eliminated in order to provide the typical required on -site parking, on -site
trash collection, and twenty (20) foot minimum driveway width, etc.
10. Submit revised site plan and additional information to staff no later than Tuesday, August 25,
