Dear Mr. Moore:
Please see attached the site plan for the abovereferenced project. The current zoning for the site is R-4.
The building being constructed on the site will be used as a short-term residential rental. It will be two
stories and approximately 1,650 square feet. The building will have a two -car garage and two additional
cars can park in the drive. It will require a 20 foot front setback and 15 foot rear setback. The side
setbacks will be three feet. These variation in the setbacks are due to the size of the lot which is 32
feet wide and 76 feet deep. I have attached an aerial photo from 1998 showing the property being used
for single family housing with current lot dimensions. The hours of operation will be 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, when the unit is rented.
