Monte, Concerning the review comments on the abovereferenced project, we have the following response. Planning Staff Comments: Item 1 - The structure will have three bedrooms and two baths. Item 2 - The structure will be rented as a vacation rental in its entirety, never by individual bedrooms. Item 3 - No signage for the property Item 4 - Maximum length of stay 30 days. Building Codes Comments: Item 1 - The developer understands that certain building code requirements over and above single family housing may be required during the building review process. Fire Department Comments: Item 1 - The developer understands the fire department requirements will be part of the building review comments. Landscaping Comments: None Public Works Comments: Item 1: Will comply with the public works requirements at the time of building permit review. If you have any questions, please contact me.
