CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
l O Section I. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9537: Described as Lot 15, Block 1, South Main Street Addition to the City of Little
12 Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: From C-3, General Commercial District, to R-3,
13 Single-Family District (3025 South Main Street).
14 Section 2. That the map rcforred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
15 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
16 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
17 Section 3. Severahility. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
18 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or uncon stitutional, such declaration or
19 adjudi cation shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance \vhich shall remain in full force and
20 effect as if the po1tion so declared or acljudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a pai1 of the
21 ordinance.
22 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that arc inconsistent with
23 the provisions of this ordinance arc hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
