Re: Rebick-Frederick, LLC Short Form Planned Zoning Development
Dear Mr. Collins:
Our firm represents Rebick-Frederick, LLC in its planned development application
for a .80-acre parcel from PD-C (warehouse) to PD-C (event center) located at 721
West 9th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 ("subject property"). We are serving as
the agent for Rebick-Frederick, LLC. Therefore, please accept this correspondence
as Rebick-Frederick, LLC's cover letter in conjunction with its application. Per the
Planning Department's regulations and recommendations, we have attached the
following documents:
1. Short Form Planned Zoning Development Application;
2. 18 copies of the site plan;
3. 3 copies of the survey;
4. Statement of inapplicability of a bill of assurance;
5. Street right-of-way agreement; and
6. Check in the amount $275.00 for the filing fee for the application.
In 1996, the subject property was designated a planned development commercial with
mixed -office warehouse use. The property has operated under that designation since
1996. The current land use is mixed -urban use.
Rebick-Frederick, LLC is now applying to change the designation of the planned
development commercial from mixed -office warehouse to commercial (C-2) to permit
the use of the facility as an event center. The venue will be managed by JR Facility
Management. JR Facility Management operates large event and live music
venues. The subject property will be used to host weddings, corporate dinners and
events, trade shows, and live music from many local and up and coming bands. JR

Facility Management has similar venues in Nashville, Tennessee, Chattanooga,
Tennessee, and Kansas City, Missouri.

as an appropriate use of the .80 acres located at 721 West 9th Street, Little Rock,
