re: Application for a Conditional Use Permit
Potter Street Housing Development
Dear Mr. Tim H.,
I the applicant, Mr. Stanley Phillips, I am pleased to submit to you the
enclosed documents (completed application; three copies of a survey; five copies of a
site plan; and an application fee check) towards
implementing the process to obtain a Conditional Use Permit for the development
of vacant property. on Potter st parcel# 44L134Q.4Q15QQ and 44L134Q4Q16QQ. The
property is intended to be developed by the me as two (2) residential duplex units
with off street parking.
Please note that the applicant shall act in my own behalf during the
application process.
The new units (2x attached units with four (4) separate tenants), approx. 2,348 sf each
duplex unit) shall be a two-story, flat reinforced concrete slab; thermal insulated
wood -framed structure; clad with vinyl sidingi vinyl clad thermal glazed windows and a hip
roof clad with asphalt shingles. Eight (8) _concrete paved off-street car slots are to be
constructed on the property, as illustrated on the site plan.
