On behalf of the Little Rock Planning Commission, I would like to thank you for your
participation in the June 25, 2020 commission meeting. It is very important to the City staff and
the Planning Commission to have citizen input in the planning decision -making process.
Agenda item 3. Phillips Duplexes — Conditional Use Permit, Southwest corner of
West 30th Street and Potter Street (Z-9517) was approved with conditions.
