4 AND ESTABLISH A REVISED PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
5 TITLED RE -NU LIFE CENTER REVISED SHORT -FORM PID,
6 LOCATED AT 7600 ENMAR DRIVE (Z-9003-A), LITTLE ROCK,
7 ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PID,
13 Planned Industrial District, to Revised PID, Planned Industrial District:
14 Z-9003-A: DESCRIBED AS LOT 6 OF BLOCK A OF ENMAR SUBDIVISION,
15 PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARITY
16 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT PAGIS 2036 GPS
17 MONUMENT; THENCE N 70°28'49" W 1910.47' TO A FENCE CORNER AND
18 THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 87°31'22" W 150.00' TO A FOUND''/2-
19 INCH REBAR; THENCE N 03°09'19" E 131.55' TO A FOUND 1/2-INCH REBAR;
20 THENCE S 87024' 16" E 150.00' TO A FOUND '/2-INCH REBAR AND THE WEST
21 R/W OF ENMAR STREET; THENCE ALONG THE SAID R/W S 03°08'58" W
22 131.24' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 0.45 ACRES, MORE OR

24 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
25 Rock Planning Commission.
26 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for the Re -Nu Life Center Revised
27 Short -Form PID, located at 7600 Enmar Drive, is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within
28 the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VI I, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
29 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
30 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
31 Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary

Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
