RE: Arkansas Urology Ambulatory Surgery Center Replat
Mr. Koenig,
Arkansas Urology owns and operates facilities at 1300 Center View Road in Little Rock.
AU would like to subdivide the current 8.02 acres into two separate lots of approximately 7.91
acres and 0.11 acres. The proposed subdivided lot of 0.11 acres was previously Phase II of a
parking lot that has not currently been constructed.
AU would also add an access easement to the property since the proposed subdivided
lot would not have direct access to a public street. The access easement would be routed
through the existing AU property to the newly subdivided lot. The easement has been added
to the preliminary plat documents.
The proposed development would require one variance:
· To subdivide a parcel without public street frontage.
