NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for a Planned Zoning Development of
the above property has been filed with the Department of Planning and Development. A
public hearing will be held by the L.R. Planning Commission in the William Grant Still
Ballroom of the Robinson Center, 426 West Markham Street, on May 14, 2020 at
4:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that neighborhood associations are
