Due to notification requirements, we need to have a three-week lead time. That means we will have to
make a decision on the April 23rd meeting date this Thursday. We have not yet made any decision on
whether to move any items automatically to this date or to the May 14th date.
We have not yet finished the staff review or recommendation. We have not discussed if we will be
posting the staff reports to the website earlier than a week prior to the meeting.

Mr. Koenig,
It is my understanding that all city commission and board meeting wi be delayed until after the Covid-19
restrictions hav been lifted and I see on the website that the April 2 Planning Commission hearing has
been canceled. As no one has any idea about how long these restrictions will be in place, I'm wondering
if a new calendar has been proposed that would become active X amount of time from the time the
restrictions are lifted, for instance, 2 weeks or whatever?
My interest continues to be the Rees Cantrell West Restaurant Center. Has the Staff finished the review
of the application? If so, has it made a recommendation to the Commission, what was the
recommendation and when will it be posted on the website?
I'm attaching a copy of the email I sent you with my concerns on March 13 for your easy referral. I'd
very much appreciate your comments on my concerns.
