Traffic Study indicates that the site can accommodate drive-thru traffic, However, t
the following in case problems occur during peak
hours.: t" 4c ►k 121.11
rive-thru queueing should be accommodated within the site. If queuing extends
onto public roadways (i.e. Hwy 10) at any time, measures must be taken to
prevent such queueing (measures such as restaurant staff taking orders inside
the parking lot and delivering food to customers)
ArDOT future roadway improvement plans may affect full driveway access.
II striping shall conform to MUTCD guidelines.

Traffic Study indicates that the site can accommodate drive-thru traffic However, I
would likew to place the following comments in case problems occur during peak
hours.:
1. Drive-thru queueing should be accommodated within the site. If queuing extends
onto public roadways (i.e. Hwy 10) at any time, measures must be taken to
prevent such queueing (measures such as restaurant staff taking orders inside
the parking lot and delivering food to customers)
2. ArDOT future roadway improvement plans may affect full driveway access.
3. All striping shall conform to MUTCD guidelines.
