1. Staff suggests to zone Floodway to Open Space (OS) and take Lot 2 out of the POD zoning.
Preliminary plat should show Lot 1, Lot 2 and Tract A (Floodway).
2. Provide information regarding on-site trash collection.
3. Provide information regarding on site lighting.
4. Referring to site plan, what do the lines within the building footprint represent?
5. Will signage conform to Highway 10 Design Overlay standards?
