Unrecorded, according to Plat filed in the office of the County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
in County Surveyor's Plat Book 1, Page 29); and
Tract 2: Part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 6, Township 1 South, Range
12 West, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point of 1980 feet North and 456.67 feet East of the Southwest corner of said W
1/2, E1/2, NE1/4; thence North 304.06 feet to the South Right of Way line of Baseline Road;
thence East along the South Right of Way line of Baseline Road 101.71 feet; thence South 301.18
feet; thence West 101.67 feet to the Point of Beginning (also being known as Lot 5, South Heights
Unrecorded, according to an unrecorded Plat, dated November 20, 1953, prepared by G. A.
Denham, Reg. Engr.)
LESS AND EXCEPT from both tracts that part of Lots 4 and 5 South Heights, conveyed in
Warranty Deed by First National Bank of Fayetteville, Arkansas to the Arkansas State Highway
Commission filed for record February 2, 1989 and recorded as Instrument No. 89-06299, records
of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
