HORNE (1932-2018) TT MERITAS" This letter is intended to describe and application for Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") pursuant to LRC § 36-301(y) for a private club to permit the sale of on -premises alcoholic beverages in a restaurant under construction. The address of the property is 4721 Baseline Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, and a survey of the property is included with this Application. I have been designated as the Agent of Wadeea Masoud, owner of the commercial center for proceeding with this Application for a CUP as indicated in the letter of authorization, a copy of which is included with this Application. The land is currently zoned C-3 General Commercial which permits a restaurant pursuant to § 36- 301(c)(1)(FF) an eating place without drive-in service. The hours of operation will be 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., seven days a week. No outdoor dining or service will be allowed around the restaurant. No live music will be carried on, nor will there be dancing of any nature. In short, this is not a honky-tonk. The filing fee of $255.00 accompanies the Application, as the total area of the property is 1.35 acres. Please place this item on the earliest available Little Rock Planning Commission Agenda.
