This letter is intended to describe and application for Conditional Use Permit
("CUP") pursuant to LRC § 36-301(y) for a private club to permit the sale of on -premises
alcoholic beverages in a restaurant under construction. The address of the property is
4721 Baseline Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, and a survey of the property is included with
this Application.
I have been designated as the Agent of Wadeea Masoud, owner of the commercial
center for proceeding with this Application for a CUP as indicated in the letter of
authorization, a copy of which is included with this Application. The land is currently
zoned C-3 General Commercial which permits a restaurant pursuant to § 36-
301(c)(1)(FF) an eating place without drive-in service. The hours of operation will be
11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., seven days a week. No outdoor dining or service will be allowed
around the restaurant. No live music will be carried on, nor will there be dancing of any
nature. In short, this is not a honky-tonk. The filing fee of $255.00 accompanies the
Application, as the total area of the property is 1.35 acres.
Please place this item on the earliest available Little Rock Planning Commission
Agenda. If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate
