I have attached the most recent site plan and preliminary plat received from Mr. Ali along with the
following communication:
Attached are Preliminary plat for the New Africa Subdivision (Shoe` Form PRD) and Final Plat for Lots 1-6.
The owner wants to build a +/- 2000 SFT mosque/Church building and parking spaces in Lot 6 and lot
7. Lot 6 is already final plated. The City improved Potter Street with sidewalks.
Please provide the current proposed uses for the entire property to include any additional uses for Lots 6
and 7 on a revised preliminary plat. It is important to ensure that the present development plans are
clearly defined for the Planning Commission to review during the next scheduled meeting.

The Filing Fee is $325 for Parcel Sizes 5-10 acres plus the $5 required rezone signage for the
property. Since our office is currently closed to the public due to COVID-19 Guidance, we can make an
appointment for this portion of the process.
The next filing deadlines for the Planning Commission are 08/10/20 and 09/21/20.
