HomeMy WebLinkAboutCorrespondence from LS to Mr. Salaam 091020`2-25a2-F Mr. Salaam I have attached the most recent site plan and preliminary plat received from Mr. Ali along with the following communication: Attached are Preliminary plat for the New Africa Subdivision (Shoe` Form PRD) and Final Plat for Lots 1-6. The owner wants to build a +/- 2000 SFT mosque/Church building and parking spaces in Lot 6 and lot 7. Lot 6 is already final plated. The City improved Potter Street with sidewalks. Please provide the current proposed uses for the entire property to include any additional uses for Lots 6 and 7 on a revised preliminary plat. It is important to ensure that the present development plans are clearly defined for the Planning Commission to review during the next scheduled meeting.
