Will there be a school use on the site? If so, provide details for the maximum number of students, employees, etc. YES. We plan to have a small school in the future with about 35 students and maybe 3 staff. 2. Provide seating capacity for both mosques buildings. Our community is small at this time. We anticipate some growth over the next 10 years. We would like to have the capacity of about 200 persons (meeting) when we complete both facilities. 3. Provide lighting information for proposed facility. Lighting for entrance and exits along with a few security lights. 4. Provide signage plan for proposed facility. We would like to have a sign attached to the building to identify it for visitors. 5. Will cul-de-sac street be public or private? This street cannot be named Potter Street. Public. The street will not be named Potter Street. 6. Will either mosque entrance or cul-de-sac street have a gated entrance? NO. 7. a) Will Lots 8-22 be sold for individual single-family developments? YES. b) Will building setbacks for these lots be typical R-2 standards? YES.
